How the operating loop works
Your latest sales unlock qualified operators. Operators unlock products already selling. Supplier match turns them into drafts. Dropenza keeps that loop in one workspace. Research never starts from zero.

Starts from real demand
It begins with the last 20 products you sold, so every candidate is tied to something that already moves.
Scores every seller
Each candidate gets a score based on overlap with your products, active listings, seven-day sales and how often Amazon is the cheaper source.
Runs on its own
All your stores are scanned continuously in a background queue with a US filter. You do not babysit it.

Whoever doing ecommerce has to check this out! It is a great tool for drop shipping.
Drop Seller Finder
You do not search random usernames. Dropenza analyzes your recent sales, identifies established operators selling the same items, and opens Product Finder so you can review the remainder of their active catalog. A new store can enter eBay drop from products already in demand, not from an empty catalog.

Product Finder
Dropenza matches eBay items that have already sold to the Amazon source. Sold price, buy price, and estimated profit sit side by side. You define the margin. With Safe Price you list approximately 1% under the sold price; floor and margin rules remain enforced so you do not sell at a loss. When the economics work, one click adds the item to your store for listing.
AI Listing, real output
These are real results from Dropenza AI Listing, shown as produced. It uses only the facts in the product data, adds the identifiers buyers search for, and flags what it cannot be sure of.

After research, Dropenza continues listings, pricing, stock signals, tracking, and multi-store controls without constant manual intervention.

Late shipment risk is material on eBay. Aquiline refreshes tracking automatically so buyers and eBay remain current.
If one store is disrupted, exclusivity keeps others protected. The same ASIN is never shared across your active stores.
Moving over from another app or a spreadsheet? Whatever you have published on eBay stays published. Bring them in, Dropenza pairs every one with its Amazon source, and syncing begins with no need to end and relist.
Take your current listings out as a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), making sure each row carries the ASIN and the eBay item number.
Each row is matched to its live eBay listing and its Amazon source by ASIN and item number.
Nothing is relisted
Your live listings remain on eBay. Price, stock and order syncing is then driven from Dropenza. Check the connection with Match eBay.
Possible problems
A drop account can sometimes meet a limit or a review. If eBay restricts or closes a store, eBay decides how long funds are held and when they are released; it depends on the case and is not a Dropenza refund. eBay accepts goods sourced from a wholesaler you have a contract with. What it rules out is ordering from an ordinary retailer only after a shopper has bought, then having that retailer ship straight to them. Confirm eBay’s up-to-date policy and plan your sourcing around it.
If eBay restricts or closes an account, eBay decides how long funds are held and when they are released, depending on the case. Dropenza does not refund that balance.
Account verification, MC011, or a similar eBay review: we work the case with you, so the letters are not yours alone.

FAQ
Three things: a seller account on eBay, a supplier to buy from (Amazon or similar), and a workspace to research and manage products. Model in one line: list on eBay → buyer pays → you buy from the supplier and ship to the buyer → keep the net after fees. Free Academy Course 2 walks the money model; Course 1 shows Dropenza screens. Initial Dropenza setup is free — connect eBay with OAuth, then start from products that already sold so you are not guessing cold niches.
Dropenza is the workspace where eBay dropshipping research and store operations run together. It starts from products you already sold, identifies competing operators around those items, retrieves products they sold most recently, matches each product to Amazon (and other supplier evidence), then helps you draft, publish on a healthy schedule, monitor price and stock, reprice, and push Aquiline tracking — without switching between multiple tools.
One loop: your sales → qualified operators → their latest sold products → Amazon & supplier match (sold price, buy price, profit) → Draft / scheduled listing → order + Aquiline tracking → the next sale sharpens the next research cycle. Dropenza keeps that map in one panel so research, listing, and daily operations do not live in separate applications.
No. This is conventional dropshipping, so there is no stock to keep. Once the customer pays on eBay, you order from Amazon (or another supplier) and have it delivered to their address. The skill lies in choosing items whose eBay price stays comfortably over the Amazon cost plus fees, then listing and fulfilling cleanly. Dropenza helps you see that margin before you draft.
You do not rediscover sellers manually. Dropenza analyzes your recent sales, identifies established operators on the same items, then opens Product Finder so you can review the remainder of their catalog — a new store can enter eBay drop from products already in demand. Open Product Finder when you already have an operator (or ASINs) and need eBay ↔ Amazon match, Safe Price, cost, and estimated net before Draft. Finder identifies operators; Product Finder decides products.
Safe Price is about 1% under a price that already sold on eBay for that item. It keeps you under proven demand without racing to junk pricing. Your Amazon buy price and fee assumptions still set a floor. Dropenza is built so you do not list at a loss. You can tighten competitiveness later; Safe Price is the protected default.
The customer pays on eBay → Dropenza receives the order → you order from Amazon, addressed to the customer → Aquiline tracking assigns or refreshes (AQ-…) and sends it to eBay, keeping your metrics tidy. Plan quotas include monthly order tracking; extra Aquiline tracking beyond the quota is $0.25 per order.
Blasting huge batches in one hour is hard on eBay account health. Dropenza scheduled listing publishes at a steady daily pace so inventory grows without looking like a dump. You still control which Drafts go live — the schedule only paces the push.
Plans are per store. Every connected eBay store chooses its own plan (Launch / Growth / Premium), with its own listing capacity, and has its own monthly Seller Finder, Product Finder, and Aquiline allowances. Connecting a second store does not “share” one plan across both — you size each store to how hard it actually runs.
Yes. Multiple stores sit under one Dropenza account, each with its own plan and quotas. Exclusivity is enforced: the same ASIN is not shared across your active stores, so catalogs don’t cannibalize each other. Switch stores in the panel; research, drafts, reprice, and Aquiline stay scoped to the store you’re working in.
Monthly allowances reset each billing period per store (examples: Launch 5 sellers / 100 products, Growth 25 / 500, Premium 50 / 1000). If you need more before reset, buy add-ons without upgrading the whole plan: 10 Seller Finder sellers for $5.00, or 250 Product Finder products for $5.00. Extra PF allowance does not raise listing capacity — only research volume. Aquiline works the same way: each plan includes a monthly tracking quota; after that, extra Aquiline tracking is $0.25 per order.
Running Dropenza does not require a paid course. Course 1 (Dropenza system — screens, settings, live demos) and Course 2 (how to do eBay dropshipping) beginner written lessons are free. Initial store setup is free. Optional detailed / video training is $199.00 and is sold separately if you want deeper walkthroughs — it is never required to connect a store or open the panel.
No. Software plans pay for the workspace: listing capacity, research allowances, reprice/stock watch, Aquiline quotas, multi-store rules. Academy beginner lessons stay free on every plan. The $199.00 detailed / video pack is an optional add-on purchase — buy it only if you want the deeper training, not because a plan “unlocks” it.
Drop accounts can still be limited or closed. If that happens, eBay decides how long funds are held and when they are released; the outcome varies by case, and Dropenza does not repay it — eBay accepts goods sourced from a wholesaler you have a contract with. What it rules out is ordering from an ordinary retailer only after a shopper has bought, then having that retailer ship straight to them, so confirm eBay’s up-to-date policy. While you sort next steps with eBay, Dropenza 24/7 support stays with you on the case paperwork.
We help. Dropenza 24/7 support walks MC011, identity / business verification, and similar eBay cases with you — what the email is asking, what to prepare, what usually stalls sellers — so you are not alone with a vague template reply. We cannot replace eBay’s decision, but we stay in the case with you until the path is clear.
Match the plan to concurrent listings and monthly research pace, not vanity. Rough guide: Launch (~1,000 listings, 5 SF / 100 PF) for one store finding its range; Growth (~5,000, 25 / 500) when research and catalog grow together; Premium (~10,000, 50 / 1000) for higher-capacity ops. Still unsure? Message 24/7 support with your store count, how many listings are live now, and how many sellers or products you research each month — they’ll map a plan without the hard sell.
